Dr. Abdulla Kudrath, MD
Founder, Owner & Medical Director
Dr. Abdulla Kudrath is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and the owner and medical director of Top Care Emergency Room in Houston Heights. With more than a decade of experience in emergency medicine, he has cared for thousands of patients across the greater Houston area, and he also serves as medical director and lead clinical provider at Post Oak ER and Angleton ER.
Dr. Kudrath completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He earned his medical degree from the Texas A&M University College of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at John Peter Smith Hospital (JPS Health Network) in Fort Worth, Texas, a high-volume teaching hospital and Level I trauma center. He built Top Care ER around a VIP, patient-first model focused on rapid evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and compassionate one-on-one care for the Heights community.
Beyond the emergency room, Dr. Kudrath is a recognized medical voice in the Houston community and has appeared as a television medical correspondent, including segments on FOX 26 Houston.

Our emergency physicians are supported by a team of experienced, emergency-trained registered nurses, radiologic technologists, and patient care staff.
